{"id":56568,"date":"2026-06-23T09:01:51","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T07:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=56568"},"modified":"2026-06-23T09:01:51","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T07:01:51","slug":"el-ayuntamiento-saca-a-licitacion-las-primeras-40-casetas-del-futuro-mercado-artesanal-del-puerto-de-torrevieja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=56568","title":{"rendered":"EL AYUNTAMIENTO SACA A LICITACI\u00d3N LAS PRIMERAS 40 CASETAS DEL FUTURO MERCADO ARTESANAL DEL PUERTO DE TORREVIEJA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>La inversi\u00f3n municipal supera los 1,3 millones de euros y permitir\u00e1 iniciar durante este a\u00f1o la implantaci\u00f3n de los 40 primeros puestos en la zona reurbanizada, dentro del proceso de revitalizaci\u00f3n comercial y tur\u00edstica del Puerto de Torrevieja<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>El Ayuntamiento prev\u00e9 la instalaci\u00f3n progresiva de hasta 166 casetas y ultima la nueva ordenanza que regular\u00e1 la actividad artesanal en este emblem\u00e1tico enclave de la ciudad<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (22\/06\/2026).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha aprobado la licitaci\u00f3n para el suministro e instalaci\u00f3n de las primeras 40 casetas que conformar\u00e1n el nuevo mercado artesanal del Puerto de Torrevieja, un paso decisivo para el regreso progresivo de los tradicionales vendedores de artesan\u00eda al frente mar\u00edtimo de la ciudad. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha informado que la actuaci\u00f3n cuenta con una inversi\u00f3n de 1.313.143 euros, IVA incluido, y supone el inicio de una nueva etapa para uno de los espacios comerciales y tur\u00edsticos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos del municipio, con un coste para cada caseta de 22.000 euros m\u00e1s impuestos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La licitaci\u00f3n contempla inicialmente 40 casetas, con la posibilidad de ampliar el contrato hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 48 unidades en esta primera fase. El plazo m\u00e1ximo de ejecuci\u00f3n del suministro ser\u00e1 de cinco meses, si bien el pliego permite que las casetas vayan siendo entregadas e instaladas de forma progresiva conforme avance su fabricaci\u00f3n, posibilitando que durante el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o comiencen a ubicarse los primeros puestos artesanales en el entorno portuario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>UN MERCADO ARTESANAL RENOVADO PARA EL NUEVO PUERTO DE TORREVIEJA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La instalaci\u00f3n de estas primeras casetas se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la zona de la Aduana del Puerto y en la del Paseo La Libertad, una vez finalizadas y recepcionadas las obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n de este espacio. La actuaci\u00f3n forma parte del proyecto global de ordenaci\u00f3n del mercado artesanal, que contempla la implantaci\u00f3n de un total de 166 puestos inicialmente previstos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><br \/>\nEl objetivo municipal es avanzar de forma progresiva en la implantaci\u00f3n de nuevas casetas conforme aumente la demanda de los artesanos y se cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la futura normativa reguladora.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>UNA NUEVA ORDENANZA PARA GARANTIZAR LA CALIDAD Y AUTENTICIDAD DE LA ARTESAN\u00cdA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Paralelamente a esta licitaci\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja trabaja en la aprobaci\u00f3n inicial de la nueva ordenanza reguladora del mercado artesanal, que establecer\u00e1 las condiciones de funcionamiento, horarios, normas de uso de las casetas municipales y los requisitos para el ejercicio de la actividad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Entre las principales novedades destaca la obligatoriedad de disponer del Documento de Calificaci\u00f3n Artesana (DCA), expedido por la Generalitat Valenciana, para poder desarrollar la actividad en el nuevo recinto. El Ayuntamiento ya ha trasladado esta informaci\u00f3n a los representantes de las asociaciones de vendedores, inst\u00e1ndoles a iniciar cuanto antes los tr\u00e1mites para la obtenci\u00f3n de esta acreditaci\u00f3n profesional, que certificar\u00e1 que los productos y art\u00edculos que venden los mercaderes son artesanales, teniendo un plazo de 4 meses para obtener este DCA.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Asimismo, la futura ordenanza recoger\u00e1 la nueva tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n vinculada al uso del dominio p\u00fablico portuario y a las nuevas condiciones de explotaci\u00f3n del espacio, incluyendo la repercusi\u00f3n correspondiente al coste de adquisici\u00f3n y montaje de las casetas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>RECUPERACI\u00d3N DE UNA TRADICI\u00d3N LIGADA A LA IDENTIDAD TUR\u00cdSTICA DE TORREVIEJA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Con esta actuaci\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja contin\u00faa avanzando en la integraci\u00f3n del hist\u00f3rico mercado artesanal dentro de la transformaci\u00f3n integral del frente portuario, dot\u00e1ndolo de unas instalaciones modernas, homog\u00e9neas y adaptadas a las nuevas necesidades de comerciantes, residentes y visitantes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La licitaci\u00f3n de estas primeras 40 casetas supone el inicio de un proceso largamente esperado por los vendedores de artesan\u00eda y por la ciudadan\u00eda, que permitir\u00e1 recuperar progresivamente una de las im\u00e1genes m\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticas del paseo mar\u00edtimo torrevejense, reforzando al mismo tiempo la oferta comercial y tur\u00edstica del nuevo Puerto de
