En la actualidad, el estado de su urbanizaci\u00f3n presenta deficiencias funcionales y constructivas que afectan a la accesibilidad, a las redes de servicios urbanos y a la seguridad vial y peatonal, lo que hace necesaria una intervenci\u00f3n integral de modernizaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Las actuaciones previstas en esta primera fase permitir\u00e1n renovar y adecuar las infraestructuras viarias y pavimentaciones, mejorar las redes de servicios urbanos y aumentar la seguridad y funcionalidad del espacio p\u00fablico, garantizando adem\u00e1s la coherencia t\u00e9cnica con las fases posteriores del proyecto global de reurbanizaci\u00f3n del pol\u00edgono. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El contrato tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter plurianual (2026\/2027), con una previsi\u00f3n de inversi\u00f3n de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">450.000 euros en el ejercicio 2026<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> y <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">1.531.001 euros en el ejercicio 2027<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, lo que permitir\u00e1 ejecutar las obras con la planificaci\u00f3n necesaria para asegurar su correcta finalizaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Con la salida a licitaci\u00f3n de esta primera fase, el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja contin\u00faa modernizando su pol\u00edgono industrial y aumentando la mejora de las infraestructuras productivas del municipio, apostando por la generaci\u00f3n de empleo, el fortalecimiento del tejido empresarial y la consolidaci\u00f3n de un entorno m\u00e1s competitivo, seguro y preparado para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span
