Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><b>El Ayuntamiento garantiza la continuidad del mercado tradicional y abre un nuevo proceso para definir los usos de las plantas superiores<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (17\/04\/2026).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha aprobado en Junta de Gobierno Local la adjudicaci\u00f3n provisionalmente de la concesi\u00f3n del mercado de \u201cLa Plasa\u201d a la mercantil ORIGEN MURCIA, S.A. por un periodo de 10 a\u00f1os y con un canon anual de 56.300 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Una vez se eleve a definitiva la adjudicaci\u00f3n y se formalice el contrato, la empresa ser\u00e1 la encargada de gestionar el mercado tradicional y el gastromercado que se ubicar\u00e1 en la planta baja y el altillo del edificio, con una superficie total de m\u00e1s de 2.000 metros cuadrados.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Este proyecto permitir\u00e1 transformar La Plasa en un espacio moderno que combinar\u00e1 la venta de producto fresco, de proximidad y gourmet con una oferta gastron\u00f3mica innovadora, siguiendo modelos de \u00e9xito implantados en ciudades como Madrid, Sevilla o Murcia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha subrayado que el objetivo es transformar La Plasa en un espacio moderno, din\u00e1mico y abierto durante todo el d\u00eda, superando el modelo tradicional: \u201cQueremos que deje de ser un espacio que cerraba a mediod\u00eda y pase a ser un punto de encuentro activo durante toda la jornada, capaz de generar actividad econ\u00f3mica, atraer visitantes y dinamizar el centro urbano\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El proyecto contempla una inversi\u00f3n privada cercana al mill\u00f3n de euros y la creaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 230 puestos de trabajo, entre empleos directos e indirectos, consolid\u00e1ndose como uno de los principales motores de dinamizaci\u00f3n del centro de la ciudad. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Adem\u00e1s, el Ayuntamiento ha garantizado que se mantendr\u00e1 la esencia del mercado tradicional, dando la posibilidad de garantizar la continuidad de los actuales vendedores en condiciones favorables. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En este sentido, el alcalde ha puesto en valor la experiencia del concesionario: \u201cse trata de una empresa con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en este tipo de proyectos, que cumple con todos los requisitos y que ya ha demostrado su capacidad en espacios similares\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El nuevo mercado combinar\u00e1 la venta de producto fresco y de proximidad con una oferta gastron\u00f3mica innovadora, estructurada en diferentes zonas que permitir\u00e1n tanto la compra tradicional como el consumo en el propio espacio. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto incorpora un modelo de gesti\u00f3n que contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de empresarios y aut\u00f3nomos locales, favoreciendo la integraci\u00f3n del tejido econ\u00f3mico de la ciudad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En relaci\u00f3n con las plantas superiores del edificio, el alcalde ha querido lanzar un mensaje de tranquilidad ante las dudas generadas en las \u00faltimas semanas: \u201cNo se va a implantar ninguna actividad molesta ni nada que altere la convivencia. Lo que queremos es estudiar con rigor qu\u00e9 usos son los m\u00e1s beneficiosos para Torrevieja y abrir un nuevo proceso con todas las garant\u00edas\u201d. El Ayuntamiento abrir\u00e1 un nuevo expediente para definir los usos de la segunda y tercera planta, que no forman parte de la concesi\u00f3n actual. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En este nuevo expediente se va analizar, desde el punto de vista del inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico y del retorno social, algunas de las ideas que se proponen para las plantas superiores. Por ejemplo, un sal\u00f3n de usos m\u00faltiples para dar cabida a eventos que el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja podr\u00eda utilizar en determinadas \u00e9pocas del a\u00f1o a modo institucional; o de alg\u00fan evento cultural o gastron\u00f3mico, como, por ejemplo, la celebraci\u00f3n del festival DESAL.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">El consistorio trabaja con la previsi\u00f3n de que el mercado pueda estar operativo a finales de a\u00f1o o principios del pr\u00f3ximo, en funci\u00f3n del avance de las obras, que actualmente se desarrollan dentro de los plazos previstos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Queremos activa La Plasa, que traiga gente, que genere consumo y que dinamice todo el entorno.
