En esta primera fase, el programa se dirige al alumnado de 6\u00ba de Primaria, alcanzando un total de 43 aulas, con la previsi\u00f3n de ampliarse progresivamente a 5\u00ba de Primaria y Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria en cursos posteriores.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> El primer taller educativo se desarrollar\u00e1 el viernes, 27 de febrero, CEIP INMACULADA, en horario de ma\u00f1ana.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">La concejal de Prevenci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de la Salud y Consumo, Rosa Ca\u00f1\u00f3n, ha destacado que \u201ccon el programa CIBERSABIOS queremos ofrecer a nuestros ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as herramientas reales para que aprendan a relacionarse de forma sana con la tecnolog\u00eda, fomentando el pensamiento cr\u00edtico, la autorregulaci\u00f3n y el bienestar emocional desde edades tempranas\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Asimismo, Rosa Ca\u00f1\u00f3n ha subrayado que \u201cla prevenci\u00f3n es clave, y por eso apostamos por llevar este tipo de formaci\u00f3n directamente a las aulas, trabajando de la mano de los centros educativos y las familias para reducir los riesgos asociados al uso inadecuado de las pantallas\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El objetivo principal de \u201cCIBERSABIOS\u201d es incrementar los conocimientos y habilidades de autorregulaci\u00f3n del alumnado frente al uso de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales, promoviendo h\u00e1bitos saludables y previniendo posibles conductas de riesgo. Durante las sesiones se abordan aspectos como la identificaci\u00f3n de beneficios y riesgos del uso de las TIC, el establecimiento de tiempos adecuados de pantalla, la importancia de las pausas activas y el equilibrio con otras actividades, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de habilidades de seguridad digital.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Adem\u00e1s, se trabaja el fortalecimiento de la autorregulaci\u00f3n emocional y el autocontrol frente al uso excesivo de dispositivos, la detecci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales de dependencia o malestar, y el refuerzo de estrategias personales ante la presi\u00f3n social en redes sociales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Gracias a este programa, el alumnado adquiere conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos para controlar el tiempo de conexi\u00f3n a dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, mantener una correcta postura corporal, identificar riesgos relacionados con contactos o encuentros a trav\u00e9s de medios digitales, respetar a otros usuarios evitando conductas de acoso, y conocer sus derechos en materia de privacidad y protecci\u00f3n de datos personales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Tal y como ha se\u00f1alado la concejal Rosa Ca\u00f1\u00f3n, \u201ceducar e informar es la mejor forma de prevenir problemas futuros relacionados con la dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica, el ciberacoso o las alteraciones del sue\u00f1o, y de promover un uso equilibrado y consciente del entorno
