El edificio afronta ya sus \u00faltimos meses de obra, con la previsi\u00f3n de finalizar en el primer trimestre de 2026.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La actuaci\u00f3n incluye un innovador sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n monumental en su piel exterior con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la empleada en el Dique de Levante<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, junto al edil de Educaci\u00f3n, Ricardo Recuero, y al concejal de Ciclo Integral del Agua, Antonio Vidal, acompa\u00f1ados del gerente de AGAMED, Jorge Ballesta, la gerente adjunta, Gemma Cruz, y el arquitecto y redactor del proyecto, Francisco Ju\u00e1rez, han visitado esta ma\u00f1ana el estado de las obras de las nuevas oficinas de AGAMED y del edificio que acoger\u00e1 la sede universitaria de Torrevieja. La construcci\u00f3n de este moderno edificio entra ya en su fase final, con los trabajos de acabados muy avanzados y la previsi\u00f3n de estar finalizada en el primer trimestre de 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Francisco Ju\u00e1rez ha explicado que el edificio se encuentra en \u201cfase de terminaci\u00f3n\u201d, con pr\u00e1cticamente todos los pavimentos instalados, los techos en ejecuci\u00f3n y los revestimientos interiores y exteriores muy avanzados. Tambi\u00e9n ha se\u00f1alado que ya est\u00e1n montados los ascensores, el montacoches y la mayor parte de la carpinter\u00eda de aluminio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El arquitecto ha destacado que \u201csolo restan partidas puntuales, como el jard\u00edn vertical y la piel exterior definitiva del edificio\u201d, confiando en que la obra pueda completarse dentro del plazo previsto, a lo largo del primer trimestre de 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, el gerente de AGAMED, Jorge Ballesta, ha subrayado la complejidad t\u00e9cnica del edificio y la ilusi\u00f3n del equipo por el futuro traslado. Ha explicado que ya se est\u00e1 trabajando en la digitalizaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n y en la preparaci\u00f3n del vaciado de las oficinas actuales, con el objetivo de iniciar el cambio de ubicaci\u00f3n en cuanto el edificio est\u00e9 operativo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ballesta ha se\u00f1alado que est\u00e1 previsto que alrededor de 50 trabajadores desempe\u00f1en su labor en estas instalaciones, donde se implantar\u00e1 un modelo flexible de puestos de trabajo que permitir\u00e1 dinamizar el funcionamiento interno.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, el alcalde, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha puesto en valor el importante avance de la obra y ha anunciado que, paralelamente, el Ayuntamiento ya est\u00e1 preparando la licitaci\u00f3n del mobiliario del edificio universitario, con el objetivo de que pueda estar equipado al finalizar el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dol\u00f3n ha destacado que la intenci\u00f3n es que las universidades puedan comenzar a trabajar en el edificio antes del final del curso, facilitando as\u00ed toda la programaci\u00f3n de matr\u00edculas, cursos de verano y actividades formativas. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, el alcalde ha adelantado una de las novedades m\u00e1s singulares del proyecto: la instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de iluminaci\u00f3n monumental en la piel exterior del edificio, con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la empleada en el Dique de Levante. Esta tecnolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 una imagen exterior \u201ctotalmente novedosa\u201d, capaz de proyectar dise\u00f1os luminosos hacia el paseo, e integrarse con la iluminaci\u00f3n ornamental de la ciudad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEste edificio est\u00e1 pensado para los j\u00f3venes y para el futuro de Torrevieja; su ubicaci\u00f3n y su dise\u00f1o lo convierten en una infraestructura estrat\u00e9gica para la formaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de nuestra ciudad\u201d, ha resaltado Dol\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
