serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>El alcalde, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha asegurado que <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>este proyecto supone una respuesta a una necesidad evidente: m\u00e1s plazas de aparcamiento y un entorno urbano renovado y pensado para el peat\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (05\/12\/2025).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La Junta de Gobierno Local de<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">l Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha aprobado en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy la licitaci\u00f3n para la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto b\u00e1sico y de ejecuci\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">n, as<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">\u00ed como el plan de seguridad y salud y el plan de gesti\u00f3n de residuos, para la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo aparcamiento subterr\u00e1neo de la Plaza Encarnaci\u00f3n Puchol de La Mata, junto con la reordenaci\u00f3n integral de toda su superficie. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El contrato, tramitado de forma anticipada, cuenta con un presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n de 217.512,43 euros (IVA incluido), siendo el plazo para la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto de seis meses, tal y como establece el pliego de condiciones, que incorpora criterios estrictos de solvencia, calidad arquitect\u00f3nica, integraci\u00f3n urbana y experiencia del equipo t<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">cnico, as<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00ed como obligaciones de asistencia durante la futura ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras.<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Una vez finalizado y aprobado el proyecto, podr\u00e1 iniciarse el procedimiento para licitar la concesi\u00f3n de obra que permitir\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n del aparcamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b> DE APARCAMIENTO SUBTERR\u00c1NEO CON CAPACIDAD PARA 126 PLAZAS<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">El \u00e1mbito afectado por el proyecto comprende un total de 3.802 m\u00b2 de aparcamiento subterr\u00e1<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">neo, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">con una capacidad aproximada para 126 plazas<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">y 4.500 m\u00b2 de reurbanizaci\u00f3n en superficie, donde est\u00e1 prevista la renovaci\u00f3n de todo su pavimento, \u00e1reas ajardinadas y plantaci\u00f3n de arbolado adaptado al entorno costero, un nuevo parque infantil, zonas de descanso y p<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"pt-PT\">rgolas, la a<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">decuaci\u00f3n de los accesos a comercios y espacios hosteleros para favorecer la actividad econ\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">mica, a<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">ccesibilidad universal y eliminaci\u00f3n de barreras arquitect\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"pt-PT\">nicas, as\u00ed como la r<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, estrategia global del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja para mejorar la movilidad, reforzar el atractivo de los n\u00facleos urbanos y modernizar el espacio p\u00fablico, con especial atenci\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">n a La Mata.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"it-IT\">El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha indicado que La <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Mata es una prioridad de este equipo de gobierno municipal, por lo que estamos desarrollando actuaciones que impulsan su calidad urbana y que atienden las demandas de sus vecinos y comerciantes. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">Este proyecto abre una nueva etapa para La Mata y responde a una necesidad hist\u00f3rica de aparcamiento y de renovaci\u00f3n urbana, ha a\u00f1adido Eduardo Dol\u00f3n.
