Esta edici\u00f3n, en la que tambi\u00e9n participa Cruz Roja, ha contado con 20 participantes cuyo perfil medio es de mujeres de entre 31 y 66 a\u00f1os<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El programa OLA (Ocupaci\u00f3n, Liderazgo y Acompa\u00f1amiento) est\u00e1 dirigido a personas usuarias del Fondo Social de AGAMED, con el objetivo de que a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n y el empleo, dejen de necesitar este tipo de ayudas<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El 95% de las personas vinculadas han participado en procesos de selecci\u00f3n y 8 personas han tenido alguna experiencia laboral durante el programa<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El sal\u00f3n de plenos del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha acogido hoy la presentaci\u00f3n de resultados de la segunda edici\u00f3n del Programa OLA, una iniciativa que ha continuado su andadura en los \u00faltimos meses, impulsada por Aguas del Mediterr\u00e1neo (Agamed), junto a Cruz Roja y el propio Ayuntamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En la presentaci\u00f3n de resultados han participado el alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n; el concejal de Bienestar Social, Oscar Urtasun; el gerente de Agamed y su gerente adjunta, Jorge Ballesta y Gemma Cruz; la directora de Desarrollo Sostenible y Equidad de Hidraqua, Amelia Navarro; as\u00ed como los representantes de Cruz Roja, el presidente Francisco Javier Garc\u00eda, y la directora t\u00e9cnica, Lara Garc\u00eda. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Amelia Navarro ha declarado que \u201cen el marco del eje de Acci\u00f3n Social de nuestro Plan Estrat\u00e9gico, impulsamos, en alianza con otras entidades, programas de alto impacto, evaluables, que contribuyan a la transformaci\u00f3n social. En este caso, el programa OLA est\u00e1 dirigido a personas usuarias del Fondo Social de AGAMED, con el objetivo de que a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n y el empleo, dejen de necesitar este tipo de ayudas\u201d. En concreto, con siglas de \u201cOcupaci\u00f3n\u201d, \u201cLiderazgo\u201d y \u201cAcompa\u00f1amiento\u201d, el Programa OLA puesto en marcha en el a\u00f1o 2023 en Torrevieja, ha contado en esta segunda edici\u00f3n, desarrollada a lo largo de 2025, con la participaci\u00f3n de 20 personas beneficiarias del Fondo Social de AGAMED. El perfil medio de las personas participantes es: mujer, espa\u00f1ola, entre 31 a 66 a\u00f1os. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, seg\u00fan ha declarado Jorge Ballesta, \u201csus resultados de impacto siguen avalando en esta segunda edici\u00f3n la mejora de la situaci\u00f3n personal y laboral de las personas participantes, a trav\u00e9s de un acompa\u00f1amiento integral y personalizado, lo que anima sin duda nuestra voluntad de continuidad con esta iniciativa conjunta en posteriores ediciones\u201d. En concreto, del importe total del proyecto, el 47% se ha destinado a programas de activaci\u00f3n y mejora de la empleabilidad y el 53% a la cobertura de necesidades b\u00e1sicas, especialmente en vivienda, suministro energ\u00e9tico, alimentaci\u00f3n y otras necesidades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha declarado que \u201ce<\/span><\/span><\/span>l Programa OLA se ha consolidado en tan solo dos ediciones como una herramienta esencial para mejorar la vida de muchas familias de Torrevieja. La colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Ayuntamiento, AGAMED y Cruz Roja demuestra que cuando las administraciones y entidades sociales unimos esfuerzos, somos capaces de generar oportunidades reales para quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha agradecido el compromiso de las 20 personas participantes, un ejemplo de constancia y superaci\u00f3n, asegurando que \u201cdesde el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja se seguir\u00e1 apoyando programas como OLA, que promueven la empleabilidad, la inclusi\u00f3n y la igualdad de oportunidades. Nuestro compromiso es firme: nadie en Torrevieja debe quedarse atr\u00e1s.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alto grado de fidelizaci\u00f3n de las personas participantes<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Entre los principales datos de la edici\u00f3n expuesta hoy est\u00e1n: el elevado grado de fidelizaci\u00f3n de las personas participantes ya que un 90% de las personas se han vinculado al programa y la dedicaci\u00f3n media del equipo t\u00e9cnico (de 33 horas por participante). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En cuanto al grado de activaci\u00f3n laboral, ha ascendido al 100% de las personas vinculadas, con acciones formativas en competencias b\u00e1sicas y formaciones t\u00e9cnicas. Adem\u00e1s, el 95% de las personas vinculadas han participado en procesos de selecci\u00f3n y 8 personas han tenido alguna experiencia laboral durante el programa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
