La adjudicaci\u00f3n se ha resuelto a favor de la empresa <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">VIGIPROT S.L.U.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, por un importe anual de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">118.433 euros al a\u00f1o (IVA incluido)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El contrato tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n inicial de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">dos a\u00f1os<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, con posibilidad de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">dos pr\u00f3rrogas adicionales de un a\u00f1o<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> cada una, lo que supondr\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os de 473.732 euros. Durante la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, la empresa adjudicataria aportar\u00e1 una serie de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">mejoras sin coste adicional para el Ayuntamiento<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, recogidas en su oferta:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">-Creaci\u00f3n de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">200 horas adicionales<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> de auxiliares y <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">200 horas adicionales<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> de vigilantes para cubrir necesidades urgentes, extraordinarias o en fines de semana, festivos y noches, manteni\u00e9ndose tambi\u00e9n en caso de pr\u00f3rroga del contrato.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><br \/>\n&#8211;<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Formaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> para tres vigilantes en <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">primeros auxilios<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">uso de desfibrilador semiautom\u00e1tico (DESA)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> y <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">rescate en ascensores<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, garantizando que todo el personal que realice sustituciones disponga de la misma capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">-Instalaci\u00f3n, a cargo de la empresa, de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">dos c\u00e1maras lectoras de matr\u00edculas<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> para la apertura autom\u00e1tica de barreras, valoradas en aproximadamente 1.500 euros cada una, que pasar\u00e1n a ser <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">propiedad municipal<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"> al finalizar el contrato.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><br \/>\n-Disponibilidad de <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas de control del servicio en tiempo real<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, con acceso directo para Polic\u00eda Local, incluyendo posicionamiento de vigilantes, partes digitalizados y an\u00e1lisis de indicadores de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Respuesta ante emergencias o urgencias en menos de 8 horas<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">, aportando personal de vigilancia cuando sea requerido por el Ayuntamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Con esta adjudicaci\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento refuerza la seguridad y el control de acceso en sus dependencias municipales, optimizando los recursos y promoviendo un servicio moderno, eficiente y adaptado a las necesidades de la
