Actualmente, el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja no dispone de un inmueble adecuado para ubicar la totalidad del personal municipal y prestar todos los servicios municipales desde un mismo punto. Siendo las instalaciones de la casa consistorial, ubicada en Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n, donde se desarrollan la mayor\u00eda de las funciones administrativas y de atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Por \u00faltimo, adem\u00e1s de la idoneidad de su ubicaci\u00f3n, dispone de un espacio di\u00e1fano amplio y adaptable que permite flexibilidad a la hora de realizar las pertinentes labores de adecuaci\u00f3n para cumplir con las normativas vigentes de seguridad, accesibilidad, y adecuaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para el desarrollo de actividades administrativas. Es fundamental que el local permita la disposici\u00f3n de \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas para la atenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, la labor administrativa, y el archivo de documentos de acuerdo con los requisitos de privacidad y seguridad documental, aspectos que las instalaciones actuales no pueden satisfacer debido a su ocupaci\u00f3n
