Un total de 11 empresas han presentado ofertas, habiendo sido adjudicadas a la mercantil INMOURBANA SERVICIOS S.L.U. por 153.536,90 euros. El plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras ser\u00e1 de 3 meses, que comenzar\u00e1 a contar tras la firma del Acta de Replanteo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Estas obras servir\u00e1n para adaptar el edificio multiusos al nuevo programa de necesidades, llev\u00e1ndose a cabo la modificaci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n de la sala existente en la planta 3\u00aa y la planta 5\u00aa, para adecuar sus dimensiones y caracter\u00edsticas, adapt\u00e1ndose las instalaciones de electricidad, climatizaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n contra incendios existentes, a las necesidades del nuevo programa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Asimismo, todas las actuaciones que se van a realizar en la reforma son f\u00e1ciles de desmontar en cualquier momento para volver a su configuraci\u00f3n espacial original. Tras el nuevo programa, las plantas presentar\u00e1n la siguiente distribuci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>-Planta 3\u00aa: CENTRO DE OCIO JUVENIL.<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> Sal\u00f3n de actos, sala polivalente, sala de actividades, almac\u00e9n y cuartos de instalaciones, zonas de circulaci\u00f3n y el n\u00facleo de comunicaci\u00f3n del edificio (escaleras y ascensores). Existe tambi\u00e9n un montacargas. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>-Planta 5\u00aa:<\/b><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>CENTRO DE FORMACI\u00d3N.<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> 3 aulas, una sala de profesores, una recepci\u00f3n con zona de espera, almacenes y cuartos de instalaciones, zonas de circulaci\u00f3n, y el n\u00facleo de comunicaci\u00f3n del edificio (escaleras y ascensores).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La configuraci\u00f3n y el sistema de tabiquer\u00eda m\u00f3vil escogido, permite versatilidad en la configuraci\u00f3n de diferentes espacios, en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades del uso de la planta tercera.
