Esta actuaci\u00f3n, que forma parte del Plan Director de Pluviales del municipio, se desarrollar\u00e1 entre la Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas, Avenida de La Mancha y las calles Sancho Panza y Dulcinea.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El proyecto se ejecutar\u00e1 en dos fases. La primera fase, que cuenta con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 1,2 millones de euros, comenzar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo mes de septiembre y tiene un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n estimado de 9 meses. El dise\u00f1o contempla un sistema de vasos comunicantes entre distintas zonas de retenci\u00f3n, que funcionar\u00e1 por gravedad, mejorando as\u00ed la eficiencia del sistema de drenaje y minimizando los riesgos de inundaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El proyecto tambi\u00e9n contempla mejoras importantes en la accesibilidad urbana, con nuevos itinerarios peatonales que conectar\u00e1n las calles Dulcinea, Sancho Panza y Avenida de La Mancha con los recorridos existentes en la Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas. Los caminos peatonales se realizar\u00e1n con pavimento drenante y zonas verdes integradas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La intervenci\u00f3n incluye una importante actuaci\u00f3n paisaj\u00edstica en la zona verde, donde se mantendr\u00e1n las 43 unidades de arbolado existentes, a las que se sumar\u00e1n 10 nuevos ejemplares. Asimismo, se plantar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 2.100 unidades de especies arbustivas y arom\u00e1ticas, como hierba luisa, salvia, santolina, romero, lavanda, tomillo y\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>Teucrium fruticans<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> entre otras, con el objetivo de revitalizar el entorno vegetal y aumentar la biodiversidad. Se incorporar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n 250 m\u00b2 de praderas permeables que reforzar\u00e1n la funcionalidad ecol\u00f3gica del parque.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><br \/>\nComo medida complementaria, se instalar\u00e1 una pantalla de protecci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica vegetal de 80 metros de longitud, situada junto a la calle Sancho Panza, compuesta por ejemplares de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><i>Cupressus sempervirens<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00a0dispuestos de forma ornamental.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>FASE II: NUEVA ZONA VERDE Y EQUIPAMIENTO COMPLEMENTARIO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">En una segunda fase se ampliar\u00e1 la actuaci\u00f3n en el tramo de Avenida Cortes Valencianas con Avenida del Sur. Esta zona incluir\u00e1 una nueva \u00e1rea verde equipada con juegos infantiles, zonas de calistenia y ejercicios biosaludables, completando as\u00ed el car\u00e1cter multifuncional del parque y reforzando su papel como espacio de convivencia y bienestar vecinal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>SOSTENIBILIDAD Y DESARROLLO URBANO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La actuaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo fundamental transformar este entorno urbano en un espacio resiliente, capaz de adaptarse al cambio clim\u00e1tico y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer a los ciudadanos un lugar de encuentro, descanso y actividad f\u00edsica en plena armon\u00eda con el entorno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Con esta intervenci\u00f3n, el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja y AGAMED reafirman su compromiso con el desarrollo sostenible, la innovaci\u00f3n en infraestructuras verdes y
