{"id":50791,"date":"2025-04-29T18:37:23","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T16:37:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=50791"},"modified":"2025-04-29T18:37:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T16:37:23","slug":"aprobada-en-jgl-la-contratacion-de-la-redaccion-del-proyecto-para-la-construccion-de-un-centro-de-dia-para-enfermos-de-alzheimer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=50791","title":{"rendered":"APROBADA EN JGL LA CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE LA REDACCI\u00d3N DEL PROYECTO PARA LA CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE UN CENTRO DE D\u00cdA PARA ENFERMOS DE ALZHEIMER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>El presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n de la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto asciende a 299.749,67 euros (IVA incluido), siendo la redacci\u00f3n del contrato de 6 meses<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>El Centro de D\u00eda para enfermos de Alzheimer cuenta con un coste aproximado de ejecuci\u00f3n de 5.500.000 euros (IVA no incluido), y podr\u00eda estar definitivamente construido a principios de 2027 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (29\/04\/2025).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ado por la concejal de Ong\u00b4s, Trudy P\u00e1ze, y la presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n Alzheimer de Familiares y Amigos de Torrevieja (AFA), Purificaci\u00f3n Garc\u00eda, ha anunciado en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy la aprobaci\u00f3n en Junta de Gobierno Local (JGL) de la contrataci\u00f3n de la Redacci\u00f3n de proyecto b\u00e1sico, ejecuci\u00f3n, plan de seguridad y salud y plan de gesti\u00f3n de residuos, para la construcci\u00f3n de un Centro de D\u00eda para enfermos de Alzheimer y otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas, mediante tramitaci\u00f3n anticipada de gasto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">El Centro de D\u00eda que prev\u00e9 construir se ubicar\u00e1 en una parcela contigua al Hospital Quir\u00f3n de Torrevieja, de 7.902 m<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"> de superficie de suelo, una edificabilidad de 1.566 m<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"> y una superficie m\u00e1xima a construir de 2.700 m<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">, ya que cada licitador presentar\u00e1 una soluci\u00f3n diferente en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de la dotaci\u00f3n a implantar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">El alcalde ha informado que el presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n de la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto asciende a 299.749,67 euros (IVA incluido), siendo la redacci\u00f3n del contrato de 6 meses. El plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas ser\u00e1 de 30 d\u00edas naturales a contar desde ma\u00f1ana, 30 de mayo, fecha de env\u00edo del anuncio de licitaci\u00f3n al Diario Oficial de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (DOUE). Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha indicado que antes de final de a\u00f1o ya estar\u00e1 el proyecto de ejecuci\u00f3n finalizado, pudiendo licitarse las obras a finales de 2025 o principios de 2026, por lo que a principios de 2027 podr\u00eda estar definitivamente construido este Centro de D\u00eda para enfermos de Alzheimer, que cuenta con un coste aproximado de ejecuci\u00f3n de 5.500.000 euros (IVA no incluido).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">Seg\u00fan las necesidades de la dotaci\u00f3n a implantar el Centro de D\u00eda contar\u00e1 con:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">-\u00c1rea de Acceso y Administraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"> Recepci\u00f3n, Guardarrop\u00eda, Consigna,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\">Despacho de Direcci\u00f3n, 4 Despachos de Administraci\u00f3n, Sala Polivalente de Profesionales, Office, Sal\u00f3n de Actos, Aseos Adaptados para Visitas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier New, serif;\"><b><span Ong\u00b4s su gran implicaci\u00f3n desde el primer momento en este proyecto para la construcci\u00f3n de este Centro de D\u00eda, muy necesario para poder atender a cada vez m\u00e1s personas con
