Fruto del mismo se encuentra la aportaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, por parte de la Generalitat Valenciana, de 2 millones de euros a este proyecto. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Carlos Maz\u00f3n ha se\u00f1alado que en el presupuesto de la Generalitat para este ejercicio 2025 se han destinado 100.000 euros para comenzar la restauraci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de la F\u00e1brica del Hielo, que aumentar\u00e1 en su cuant\u00eda a medida que avancen las distintas fases de ejecuci\u00f3n hasta que se alcancen los dos millones de euros, previsto entre 2026 y 2027. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El jefe del Consell ha anunciado que, a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1rea de Cultura, se van aportar 3 millones de euros m\u00e1s para el complejo de las Eras de la Sal, de los cuales ya hay una asignaci\u00f3n presupuestaria en este a\u00f1o 2025 de 200.000 euros. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>APROBADO HOY EN JGL EL EXPEDIENTE DE LICITACI\u00d3N DE LA REHABILITACI\u00d3N DEL EDIFICIO DE LA F\u00c1BRICA DE HIELO, EL EDIFICIO ANEXO Y LA ADECUACI\u00d3N DEL ENTORNO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha aprobado en el d\u00eda de hoy el expediente de licitaci\u00f3n de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del edificio de la F\u00e1brica de Hielo, el edificio anexo y la adecuaci\u00f3n del entorno de las Eras de la Sal. En esta ocasi\u00f3n la licitaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 mediante el Lote 6 del Acuerdo Marco para la contrataci\u00f3n de obras de edificaci\u00f3n y de obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n de estas obras asciende a 7.176.503,32 euros (IVA incluido), siendo el plazo previsto de ejecuci\u00f3n de las mismas de 18 meses. Se integrar\u00e1 un nuevo edificio anexo de planta baja m\u00e1s tres alturas, que se conectar\u00e1 con el anterior edificio mediante un corredor central entre ambos y donde se habilitar\u00e1 un mirador tur\u00edstico que se asoma a contemplar la integraci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea del Museo del Mar y de la Sal en el trazado urbano con el fondo panor\u00e1mico de la bah\u00eda de Torrevieja. Resultado de este dise\u00f1o del edificio de la F\u00e1brica de Hielo que se ubica en un solar de 299m<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2 <\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">con el anexo de 303m<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, obteniendo un total de 2.436,70 m<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> de superficie construida. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>LA F\u00c1BRICA DE HIELO ALBERGAR\u00c1 LA NUEVA OFICINA DE TURISMO DE TORREVIEJA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En cuanto al uso, ser\u00e1 muy funcional a partir de dos espacios bien diferenciados. Por un lado, en la F\u00e1brica de Hielo estar\u00e1 ubicada la Oficina principal de Turismo de la ciudad, completamente renovada, modernizada tanto en espacios como en tecnolog\u00eda, y compartir\u00e1 espacios con el punto de recepci\u00f3n para el Museo del Mar y de la Sal. El edificio anexo permitir\u00e1 alojar las dependencias de la concejal\u00eda de Turismo, con el Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica, y que comporta \u201cuna clara apuesta por la modernizaci\u00f3n, digitalizaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de nuestro modelo tur\u00edstico\u201d ha explicado el primer edil. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Adem\u00e1s acoger\u00e1 otras dependencias administrativas como son las propias de gesti\u00f3n del nuevo museo, as\u00ed como la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n a Residentes Internacionales (OARI), la oficina de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas Migradas (PANGEA), las \u00e1reas de sectores productivos y otras dependencias municipales actualmente dispersas, pero que \u201cpretendemos unificar, puesto ese edificio tiene una clar\u00edsima vocaci\u00f3n como punto de informaci\u00f3n y es l\u00f3gico ubicar determinadas dependencias municipales para optimizar la
