{"id":50690,"date":"2025-04-17T18:20:34","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T16:20:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=50690"},"modified":"2025-04-17T18:20:34","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T16:20:34","slug":"aprobado-en-jgl-el-expediente-de-contratacion-para-la-redaccion-del-proyecto-y-direccion-obras-de-adecuacion-con-ampliacion-del-ies-libertas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=50690","title":{"rendered":"APROBADO EN JGL EL EXPEDIENTE DE CONTRATACI\u00d3N PARA LA REDACCI\u00d3N DEL  PROYECTO Y DIRECCI\u00d3N OBRAS DE ADECUACI\u00d3N CON AMPLIACI\u00d3N DEL IES LIBERTAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\"><b>El presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n del proyecto asciende a 209.760 euros (IVA incluido), siendo la inversi\u00f3n prevista para la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras de adecuaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del IES Libertas de 3.149.262 euros<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">La Junta de Gobierno Local (JGL) del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja ha aprobado el expediente de contrataci\u00f3n para la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto y direcci\u00f3n obras de adecuaci\u00f3n con ampliaci\u00f3n, de centro existente, al perfil escolar compuesto por 24 unidades de educaci\u00f3n secundaria obligatoria, 6 unidades de bachillerato, 10 unidades de ciclos con 20 unidades formativas m\u00e1s cafeter\u00eda del IES Libertas, financiando a trav\u00e9s del Plan Edificant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto es de cuatro meses a contar desde la fecha de notificaci\u00f3n del acuerdo de adjudicaci\u00f3n por el \u00d3rgano de Contrataci\u00f3n y para la direcci\u00f3n de obras, siendo el presupuesto base de licitaci\u00f3n del proyecto de 209.760,88 euros (IVA incluido). Asimismo, la inversi\u00f3n prevista para la ejecuci\u00f3n de todas las obras de adecuaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del IES Libertas asciende a 3.149.262,68 euros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El concejal de Educaci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, Ricardo Recuero, ha informado que entre las actuaciones previstas se incluyen tambi\u00e9n la ampliaci\u00f3n del centro para albergar los ciclos formativos de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, ciclos formativos de Servicios Comerciales y ciclos formativos de Gesti\u00f3n de Ventas y Espacios Comerciales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja va a cursar invitaci\u00f3n con solicitud de oferta a los adjudicatarios del Lote 3 del
