Bajo las siglas OLA \u201cOcupaci\u00f3n\u201d, \u201cLiderazgo\u201d y \u201cAcompa\u00f1amiento\u201d, esta iniciativa atiende a algunas de las metas laborales de las personas beneficiarias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Este programa de inserci\u00f3n laboral tiene como objetivo potenciar las competencias personales y laborales de colectivos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. Asimismo, a trav\u00e9s del apoyo en la cobertura de las necesidades b\u00e1sicas, las personas participantes, dispondr\u00e1n de acciones de orientaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n para el acceso al mercado de trabajo, mejorando su calidad de vida.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Todos los agentes implicados en esta iniciativa han valorado muy positivamente la puesta en marcha por segunda vez de esta iniciativa, que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del Fondo Social de AGAMED que est\u00e1 implantado desde hace m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada en la ciudad. De esta forma, adem\u00e1s de las ayudas que perciben por el gasto del recibo del agua, las personas que se beneficien de este programa podr\u00e1n tener la oportunidad de insertarse en el mundo laboral.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">En esta alianza entre el Ayuntamiento, Cruz Roja y AGAMED se persigue el acceso a un empleo digno, para lograr una mejor situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social de las personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y beneficiarias del Fondo Social. Asimismo, se trata de un gesto que fortalece la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el sector social, p\u00fablico y privado para acelerar la transformaci\u00f3n social hacia un futuro m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero y digno para las personas que m\u00e1s lo necesita\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>FASES DEL PROGRAMA OLA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El programa OLA contempla las distintas fases de acompa\u00f1amiento de la persona que se encuentra en situaci\u00f3n de desempleo. Esta primera fase se desarrollar\u00e1 a lo largo de seis meses. El proyecto parte de un diagn\u00f3stico inicial de situaci\u00f3n respecto a la empleabilidad y las necesidades b\u00e1sicas de cada participante. A partir de aqu\u00ed, el programa contempla acciones de orientaci\u00f3n laboral y c\u00e1psulas formativas para la mejora de competencias b\u00e1sicas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Entre las acciones contempladas en el programa tambi\u00e9n se lleva a cabo la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y espec\u00edfica, la intermediaci\u00f3n, la prospecci\u00f3n laboral y el acompa\u00f1amiento en la entrevista, con la cobertura de necesidades b\u00e1sicas y una evaluaci\u00f3n de impacto para conocer los cambios generados por la participaci\u00f3n en el programa. De esta forma, el programa potencia el papel como elemento tractor de todo el n\u00facleo familiar que hay tras cada participante, potenciando sus competencias personales y laborales.
