El alcalde ha informado que las obras de pluviales del Paseo de la Libertad podr\u00edan estar totalmente terminadas para la primavera del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2025, y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la red de saneamiento en Rambla Juan Mateo para principios del verano<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Est\u00e1 previsto que el proyecto de conexi\u00f3n de la zona del Dique de Levante con la zona de ocio, se apruebe y licite por parte del Ayuntamiento de aqu\u00ed a finales de a\u00f1o, para que a principios de 2025 comiencen a ejecutarse las obras<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, ha informado en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy de todas las actuaciones que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en el recinto portuario y sus zonas adyacentes. A lo largo de esta semana el alcalde ha mantenido una serie de reuniones con los sectores productivos (comerciantes y hosteleros) y vecinos de la zona, as\u00ed como con las asociaciones que representan a los feriantes y a los vendedores del paseo de La Libertad (paseo de los Hippies), para que conozcan de primera mano las actuaciones que se est\u00e1n ejecutando y las que se encuentran en proceso de comenzar. En las reuniones mantenidas con los feriantes y vendedores del paseo de La Libertad se ha aprovechado para avanzar en la modificaci\u00f3n de las ordenanzas municipales para adaptarlas a la nueva zona del puerto de Torrevieja, contemplando aspectos novedosos en las mismas que se pretenden incorporar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Respecto a las obras de pluviales que est\u00e1 realizando AGAMED, el alcalde ha indicado que contin\u00faa seg\u00fan la planificaci\u00f3n programada, estando ya ejecutada la primera fase del caj\u00f3n de pluviales, aproximadamente la mitad de los 300 metros lineales en los que consiste esta importante obra. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, esta semana ya se ha comenzado a retirar casetas de los hippies en la zona de afecci\u00f3n de estas obras de pluviales del Paseo de La Libertad y ya se ha ejecutado el desv\u00edo del tr\u00e1fico, de tal forma que no se interrumpa la circulaci\u00f3n viaria mientras se llevan a cabo las obras.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha informado que la zona del Paseo de la Libertad va a seguir teniendo tr\u00e1fico rodado, si bien habr\u00e1 un tramo en el que se circular\u00e1 en doble sentido en el momento que empiecen las excavaciones tanto de cajones como del arquet\u00f3n y los desv\u00edos de tuber\u00edas de saneamiento, hasta la apertura del vial principal del puerto por el concesionario del centro de ocio, que est\u00e1 previsto a principios de a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El alcalde ha informado tambi\u00e9n que estas obras de pluviales podr\u00edan estar totalmente terminadas para la primavera del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o 2025, y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la red de saneamiento en Rambla Juan Mateo para principios del verano, seg\u00fan el Plan de Obras que ha planteado AGAMED.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO DE VIAL DE ACCESO INTERIOR DEL PUERTO<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La puesta en funcionamiento del vial interior definitivo del puerto hasta la conexi\u00f3n con el del Dique de Levante se prev\u00e9 para principios del a\u00f1o 2025. Al mismo tiempo, se pondr\u00e1 en servicio el acceso al aparcamiento del Centro de Ocio. Esto conlleva que se pueda despejar la zona de tr\u00e1fico de entrada a la lonja y a Marina Salinas en su configuraci\u00f3n actual y poder abordar ya la reurbanizaci\u00f3n de la zona restante.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

OBRAS DEL DIQUE DE LEVANTE<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El alcalde de Torrevieja ha recordado que las obras de repavimentaci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n del Dique de Levante ya han comenzado y se encuentran en estos momentos en fase de trabajos previos. Como ya se puede apreciar, ya est\u00e1 acotada la zona de trabajos y en breve se va a comenzar con la fase de retirada de elementos del paseo como el banco corrido, el desmontaje de plataforma de madera, etc. Seg\u00fan el Plan de Obras de la empresa adjudicataria que est\u00e1 ejecutando la obra, en el mes de julio de 2025 el Dique de Levante estar\u00e1 finalizado y entregado. Todo ello con independencia de que se pueda estudiar alguna apertura parcial en un momento dado, siempre en un plan de actuaci\u00f3n consensuado con la Cofrad\u00eda de Pescadores y el Puerto Deportivo de Marina Salinas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por su parte, est\u00e1 previsto que el proyecto de conexi\u00f3n de la zona del Dique de Levante con la zona de ocio, se prev\u00e9 aprobarlo y licitarlo por parte del Ayuntamiento de aqu\u00ed a finales de a\u00f1o, para que a principios de 2025 comiencen a ejecutarse las obras, con la finalidad de que se pueda poner en servicio el pr\u00f3ximo verano y que coincida con la apertura del centro de ocio del puerto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha informado en estas reuniones mantenidas a lo largo de la presente semana de los avances de las obras del nuevo edificio que albergar\u00e1 la sede universitaria de Torrevieja y las oficinas de AGAMED, as\u00ed como de la pr\u00f3xima licitaci\u00f3n de la reforma integral de La Plasa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
