la MESA INTERSECTORIAL Y DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3N PARA LA ACCI\u00d3N COMUNITARIA EN SALUD de Torrevieja.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">En esta segunda reuni\u00f3n, que ha tenido lugar en el sal\u00f3n de plenos del Ayuntamiento, han participado representantes de las distintas concejal\u00edas implicadas, as\u00ed como colectivos del tejido social de la ciudad, en representaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda, la Mesa Intersectorial (constituida y dependiente del Ayuntamiento) junto con el Consejo B\u00e1sico de Salud (constituido y dependiente de \u00f3rganos-centros de Conselleria).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" las actuaciones y reuniones conjuntas con intenci\u00f3n de realizar un an\u00e1lisis de la situaci\u00f3n en salud de Torrevieja, elaborar un informe donde se identifiquen las necesidades y, priorizar y consensuar, entre todos los agentes implicados, los principales problemas relacionados con la salud que afectan a la poblaci\u00f3n en general del municipio, con una mirada espec\u00edfica a los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables: infancia (0-11 a\u00f1os), adolescencia (12-17 a\u00f1os), mayores, extranjeros inmigrantes y mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Torrevieja es miembro de los municipios adheridos al Plan de Salud de la Comunitat Valenciana (XARXA Salud), y como tal, es prioridad de esta corporaci\u00f3n mejorar la salud y el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n de Torrevieja de manera eficiente y continuada, con especial atenci\u00f3n a los m\u00e1s vulnerables, para lo cual es necesario cooperar y establecer sinergias entre las distintas concejal\u00edas, con los recursos propios de Conselleria e implicar al conjunto de la ciudadan\u00eda. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Desde la concejal\u00eda de Salud P\u00fablica se trabaja con esta finalidad: la promoci\u00f3n de la salud y h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables en la poblaci\u00f3n para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, y dentro de este objetivo, en
