{"id":45786,"date":"2024-04-05T17:16:47","date_gmt":"2024-04-05T15:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=45786"},"modified":"2024-04-05T17:16:47","modified_gmt":"2024-04-05T15:16:47","slug":"adjudicada-la-contratacion-de-las-obras-de-construccion-de-una-pista-deportiva-en-la-plaza-de-oriente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=45786","title":{"rendered":"ADJUDICADA LA CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE LAS OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE UNA PISTA DEPORTIVA EN LA PLAZA DE ORIENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>Esta c\u00e9ntrica plaza, popularmente conocida como \u201cLa Ermita\u201d, va a contar con una instalaci\u00f3n exterior que permita la pr\u00e1ctica segura del\u00a0juego y de deportes en general, garantizando su integraci\u00f3n funcional y urban\u00edstica en este\u00a0espacio p\u00fablico muy concurrido por j\u00f3venes de la localidad<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (05\/04\/2024).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El concejal-secretario de la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, Federico Alarc\u00f3n, ha informado en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy de la adjudicaci\u00f3n del procedimiento abierto simplificado para la contrataci\u00f3n de las obras de construcci\u00f3n de la pista deportiva en la Plaza de Oriente, a la mercantil GRUEXMA S.L.U. por un importe total de 162.393 euros. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El presente contrato consistente en la ejecuci\u00f3n de una pista deportiva en un suelo destinado por el planeamiento a espacio de dominio y uso p\u00fablico con el objetivo de mejorar las infraestructuras deportivas municipales, especialmente en algunas zonas libres que carecen de peque\u00f1as instalaciones destinadas a juegos para menores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La empresa adjudicataria se compromete en su oferta a la ampliaci\u00f3n en el plazo de garant\u00eda de la obra de 30 meses, as\u00ed como la disminuci\u00f3n en el plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra de 40 d\u00edas naturales (por lo que al plazo de 6 meses de la memoria justificativa se le restan 40 d\u00edas naturales)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>DESCRIPCI\u00d3N DE LA PISTA DEPORTIVA:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La zona afectada por el proyecto se ubica sobre la plaza de Oriente de Torrevieja, en la cual hay un parking en el s\u00f3tano, de tal manera que actualmente existe un jard\u00edn sobre el forjado del s\u00f3tano con un metro aproximadamente de tierra vegetal con plantaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9sped y arbolado diverso, como palmeras, olivos, etc. Se va a eliminar esa capa de tierra vegetal y se va a crear una solera elevada para colocar la pista deportiva. Por lo tanto, no se apoya dicha pista en suelo natural, sino en un forjado de canto 50 cent\u00edmetros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Asimismo, se va a proceder a realizar un muro perimetral de hormig\u00f3n que delimite la pista, colocar la solera elevada hasta alcanzar la cota de la plaza, con un acabado de pavimento deportivo para exteriores en la zona de juego, una zona de c\u00e9sped artificial, dos bancos, una papelera, dos porter\u00edas, una farola con cuatro luminarias y por \u00faltimo se proceder\u00e1 a vallar toda la zona deportiva.
