La vulnerabilidad y complejidad de estos ecosistemas requiere una comprensi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica de las interrelaciones socio-ecol\u00f3gicas que afectan a estas \u00e1reas que permita el desarrollo de modelos tur\u00edsticos sostenibles. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Con este fin, se est\u00e1 desarrollando el proyecto CHAN-TWIN (\u201cCambiando el turismo: estrategia de gemelo digital para el desarrollo sostenible de espacios naturales protegidos inteligentes a partir de indicadores ecol\u00f3gicos\u201d), financiado por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovaci\u00f3n y por la Uni\u00f3n Europea (Next Generation). Este proyecto, liderado por la Universidad de Alicante (UA) y la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia (UPV), cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, el Parque Natural de las Lagunas de Torrevieja y la Mata, Proyecto Mastral, Faunatura, AGAMED, INVAT\u00b7TUR y CIEDA. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El objetivo del proyecto es crear un gemelo digital del parque natural que permita la monitorizaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y gesti\u00f3n sostenible de este entorno privilegiado de la Comunitat Valenciana. Durante el d\u00eda de hoy, la concejal de Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, Rosario Mart\u00ednez Chazarra, junto con los Investigadores responsables del proyecto Jos\u00e9 Norberto Maz\u00f3n (UA) y Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cecilia (UPV) y el director del Parque Natural, Francisco Mart\u00ednez, han presentado los primeros resultados de este proyecto que se encuentra en su primer a\u00f1o de ejecuci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">En concreto, una aplicaci\u00f3n que permite visualizar los indicadores de turismo sostenible recopilados gracias a la sens\u00f3rica desplegada en el parque natural como parte del gemelo digital. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Rosario Mart\u00ednez ha destacado que este proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 alineado con la Estrategia de Turismo Torrevieja en su apuesta por situar a la ciudad como un referente en el modelo Destinos Tur\u00edsticos Inteligentes (DTI), as\u00ed como en el desarrollo de l\u00edneas de trabajo innovadoras que tengan como referencia los procesos de sostenibilidad tur\u00edstica. Del mismo modo, Francisco Mart\u00ednez ha resaltado la relevancia de este proyecto para la gesti\u00f3n eficiente del parque natural, agradeciendo su componente aplicada a solucionar problemas reales de este espacio natural protegido. En este sentido, Jos\u00e9 Norberto Maz\u00f3n ha subrayado la importancia de iniciativas como el Laboratorio Universitario de Turismo Inteligente de Torrevieja (TILAB) que permiten materializar los proyectos de I+D+I en los destinos tur\u00edsticos, favoreciendo modelos tur\u00edstico-territoriales m\u00e1s competitivos y sostenibles. Finalmente, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cecilia ha mostrado un recorrido por la aplicaci\u00f3n, explicando los principales componentes t\u00e9cnicos del proyecto, que incluyen el despliegue de sensores que generan datos en tiempo real para calcular los indicadores tur\u00edsticos planteados. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Esta aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible para su visualizaci\u00f3n en la Oficina de Turismo de Torrevieja y en el Centro de Recepci\u00f3n de Visitantes del Parque Natural.
