{"id":45247,"date":"2024-03-05T12:03:52","date_gmt":"2024-03-05T11:03:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=45247"},"modified":"2024-03-05T12:07:34","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T11:07:34","slug":"presentada-la-primera-fase-del-informe-inicial-del-programa-ola-torrevieja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=45247","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTADA LA PRIMERA FASE DEL INFORME INICIAL DEL PROGRAMA OLA TORREVIEJA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>El proyecto va destinado a personas beneficiarias del Fondo Social de AGAMED y tiene como objetivo potenciar las competencias laborales y lograr la transformaci\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s del empleo<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (05\/03\/2024).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El concejal de Bienestar Social del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, \u00d3scar Urtasun, el gerente de AGAMED, Jorge Ballesta, la gerente adjunta, Gemma Cruz, la delegada de Acci\u00f3n Social de Hidraqua, Amelia Navarro, la t\u00e9cnico de Desarrollo Sostenible, Conchita Torres, el presidente de Cruz Roja Torrevieja, Ra\u00fal Alberto Quaali, la directora t\u00e9cnica local de Cruz Roja, Lara Garc\u00eda y la t\u00e9cnico de actividad del Proyecto OLA Torrevieja, Alba Chazarra, han mantenido una reuni\u00f3n en la sede de Cruz Roja en Torrevieja donde se ha realizado la primera fase de la presentaci\u00f3n del Informe Inicial del Programa OLA. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El proyecto, que va destinado a personas beneficiarias del Fondo Social de AGAMED, tiene como objetivo potenciar las competencias laborales y lograr la transformaci\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s del empleo. En este primer informe se ha detallado la serie de entrevistas que la t\u00e9cnico responsable del Programa OLA en Torrevieja ha llevado a cabo entre los usuarios del Fondo Social. El resultado de estas evaluaciones ha concluido que 17 mujeres y 1 hombre optan a entrar en este pionero programa. A partir de aqu\u00ed se determinar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 personas van a los dos itinerarios, siendo uno de ellos laboral y otro de activaci\u00f3n de empleo. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Los seleccionados tienen edades comprendidas entre 45 y 65 a\u00f1os. Entre las necesidades detectadas en este colectivo se encuentra la vulnerabilidad energ\u00e9tica, la necesidad de homologaci\u00f3n de estudios universitarios, siendo muy dif\u00edcil este tr\u00e1mite debido a dificultades en el sistema educativo de sus pa\u00edses de origen y, por \u00faltimo, se observa la necesidad de conciliaci\u00f3n familiar, ya que las mujeres participantes se encuentran, en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones, muy limitadas al trabajo por tener que hacerse cargo a tiempo completo y sin ning\u00fan tipo de apoyo del cuidado de sus hijos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>Levantamiento de recursos en el territorio para cubrir necesidades:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> Desde la propia Asamblea Local de Cruz Roja se han movilizado recursos para el apoyo puntual de las personas usuarias. Entre estos recursos encontramos el apoyo con productos de higiene (pa\u00f1ales), alimentaci\u00f3n (inclusi\u00f3n en FEAD) y cobertura de gastos energ\u00e9ticos. Entre algunas de las actuaciones que se han llevado a cabo se encuentra el acompa\u00f1amiento a centros de formaci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n con empresas para la realizaci\u00f3n de simulacros de entrevista, visitas a recursos de formaci\u00f3n y empleo, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>Levantamiento de recursos en clave comunitaria:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> Por \u00faltimo, en cuanto a los recursos existentes en la comunidad, se ha establecido coordinaci\u00f3n con diferentes entidades para el apoyo mutuo en temas de formaci\u00f3n y empleo. Esta coordinaci\u00f3n se ha llevado a cabo a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n en una Mesa de Empleo, en la cual se encuentran trabajando de forma conjunta entidades encargadas de la mejora de empleabilidad de la poblaci\u00f3n.
