{"id":44268,"date":"2023-12-15T17:09:47","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T16:09:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=44268"},"modified":"2023-12-15T17:09:47","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T16:09:47","slug":"el-alcalde-de-torrevieja-asegura-que-el-bono-consumo-es-transparente-y-ejemplar-y-desmiente-todos-los-supuestos-de-la-avaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/torreviejaradio.com\/?p=44268","title":{"rendered":"EL ALCALDE DE TORREVIEJA ASEGURA QUE EL BONO CONSUMO ES TRANSPARENTE Y EJEMPLAR, Y DESMIENTE TODOS LOS SUPUESTOS DE LA AVAF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>TORREVIEJA (15\/12\/2023).<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">El alcalde de Torrevieja, Eduardo Dol\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ado por la concejal de Comercio y Hosteler\u00eda, Rosario Mart\u00ednez, el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Peque\u00f1os y Medianos Comerciantes de Torrevieja (APYMECO), Jorge Almarcha, y su vicepresidente, Pedro Andr\u00e9s Garc\u00eda, ha comparecido en rueda de prensa para dar a conocer toda las actuaciones administrativas que tanto el Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja como APYMECO han llevado a cabo tras las recomendaciones realizadas por la Agencia Valenciana Antifraude (AVAF) para la revisi\u00f3n de las resoluciones de concesi\u00f3n correspondientes al programa BONO CONSUMO<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">En primer lugar, cabe destacar que la AVAF tan solo formula una \u201crecomendaci\u00f3n\u201d que el Ayuntamiento puede o no aceptar. Es decir, la AVAF no es parte interesada que pueda iniciar un procedimiento de revisi\u00f3n de oficio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha mostrado p\u00fablicamente su enfado por la forma de actuar de la AVAF desde que comenz\u00f3 a requerir informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n al consistorio torrevejense (tras una denuncia an\u00f3nima), ya que los t\u00e9cnicos municipales, tanto de la Concejal\u00eda de Comercio, como de Intervenci\u00f3n y Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, le han entregado toda la informaci\u00f3n requerida sin que hasta el momento hayan contestado. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">El alcalde ha aclarado que se han realizado cientos de documentos, 157 anotaciones matrices, se han abierto hasta tres expedientes desde diversos departamentos municipales y se ha requerido toda la documentaci\u00f3n a APYMECO, los cuales han sido entregados por los cauces administrativos pertinentes a esta Agencia. Todo ello, sin obtener contestaci\u00f3n por parte de la AVAF a todos y cada uno de los informes tras su requerimiento.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES-u-co-trad\">Eduardo Dol\u00f3n ha <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">asegurado que el procedimiento llevado a cabo para la gesti\u00f3n del Bono Consumo ha sido totalmente \u201cimpecable\u201d, como as\u00ed certifican los Servicios Jur\u00eddicos del Ayuntamiento, as\u00ed como de la propia Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Alicante. Asimismo, ha declarado que no va a permitir que se ponga en tela de juicio y se intente manchar el trabajo impoluto que llevan a cabo los t\u00e9cnicos del Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, de la Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Alicante y de la <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Asociaci\u00f3n de Peque\u00f1os y Medianos Comerciantes de Torrevieja, tanto por parte de la AVAF como de los representantes del PSOE provincial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat Medium, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Por \u00faltimo, el primer edil torrevejense ha reiterado que el Bono Consumo ha sido y es ejemplar y transparente, adem\u00e1s de ser un ejemplo de buena gesti\u00f3n en las 9 ediciones realizadas, las cuales han sido copiadas e implementadas por much\u00edsimas ciudades de nuestra provincia, que beneficia a comerciantes, hosteleros y, en general, a todos los sectores productivos, y a toda la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TORREVIEJA (15\/12\/2023).
